Each order at Visions in Violet is handcrafted with care and designed specifically for you celebration. Because of the custom nature of my work, the following policies help protect the time, materials, and creativity invested in every order:

Booking

A 50% retainer is required to secure your date. This retainer is non-refundable but may be transferable depending on the cancellation window.

Cancellations

More than 21 days out: Eligible for a credit toward a future order.
Within 21 days: Payments are non-refundable due to prep and scheduling.
Within 7 days: Production is underway, and no cancellations or changes are possible.

Refunds

Because all desserts are made to order and perishable, refunds are not provided. If something is not as expected, please notify me within 24 hours so I can make it right where possible.

Changes

Design changes are accepted up to 21 days before the event. After that time, no major design adjustments can be made.

Pickup/Delivery

Please arrive on time for pickup. Once desserts leave my possession, I am not responsible for damage caused by handling, transport, or storage
